Dough press with an innovative design equipped at the base of a suction cup with vacuum gauge that fixes it on all smooth surfaces without the need for a vice.

The body of the press is in die-cast enamelled aluminium for food with aluminum ring for food use.
Food-grade plastic screw.
Equipped with a multifunctional plastic pestle: it helps to push the dough into the press and cuts the product out.

The dies, which can be purchased separately, are made of brass and have a diameter of 4.0 cm and a thickness of 8 mm.

The “TORKIO” is made of aluminum and enamel with food grade paint which makes it more durable and safe.

Entirely manufactured in Italy. Recommended for both home and professional use.

No brass dies are included, it must be purchased separately
