If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, simply return your item(s) within fourteen (14) days of receipt of order for full refund of your purchase at www.casaurdas.com.
Log in to www.casaurdas.com and click on “My Account” – Orders – to send us your return request.
Product(s) that are not eligible for return include the following:
– Customized products.
– Sealed products that are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons and that have been opened on receipt.
1. Refund Time and Conditions
Casa Urdas will check the product(s) you returned and, if all requirements are met, you will receive a confirmation email that we accepted your return.
Regardless of the method of payment you used (credit/debit card, bank transfer or PayPal account), Casa Urdas will proceed to refund as soon as possible and always within thirty (30) days from the day when we accepted your return, but only after checking that your return is compliant with all the above-mentioned requirements.

The time required to display your refund depends on the company that issued your card. Please note that the value date of refund is the same one of the purchase, so the amount won’t be affected in terms of bank interests.
We will refund your PayPal account and the total amount will be immediately displayed. The actual refund will be displayed on your PayPal credit card depending on the company that issued your card. If the order is a gift, the person who made the purchase will be refunded.
The time of refund is normally between 2 to 4 days depending on your bank.
2. Return Fees and Responsibilities
Return costs, any customs duties and responsibilities are born by the Customer.
If the product(s) are returned at the Seller’s cost, Casa Urdas will withdraw the shipping costs from your refund or refuse the package.
