1. Our Commercial Policy
1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale only regulate the offer, the making and the acceptance of purchase orders of products on www.casaurdas.com between the users on www.casaurdas.com and the Seller.
1.2 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale don’t regulate services or the sale of products provided by entities that are different from the Seller on www.casaurdas.com through links, banners or other hyperlinks. 2. Making an Agreement with Food Valley
2.1 In order to purchase one or more products on www.casaurdas.com, you will have to create your order online and send it to the Seller by e-mail, following the related instructions.
2.2 The order includes the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, a summary of the essential information about each ordered product and the related price, the methods of payment you will be able to use to purchase each product and the method of delivery, shipping and delivery costs, conditions and time for returning products.
2.3 The agreement starts as soon as the Seller receives by e-mail your order, after verifying that your data are correct.

2.9 The Seller won’t be able to process your orders if you fail to proceed to payment or if they are incomplete or incorrect and products are not available. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the agreement was not completed and that the Seller couldn’t process your order, specifying the reasons. If products on www.casaurdas.com are not available anymore after you visited the website and made your order, the Seller will inform you immediately and always within thirty (30) days from the day that follows the day of your order. If you already paid your order, the Seller will provide you with a refund of the amount you paid.

3. Warranty and Prices

However, pictures and colors of the products you can purchase on www.casaurdas.com may not correspond to the actual ones, depending on the Internet browser or the screen you are using. That’s why they can only be considered as representative of reality.
3.2 Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT. Prices may vary and be updated. Please double check the final price before making your order.
3.3 All the products are packed in the best way possible to protect them during transport.
3.4 If you decide to return your order, the Seller has the right to reject the return if products don’t have their own package or are visibly used or were changed or damaged.
4.1 Please choose one of the methods of payment to pay your order and the related shipping/delivery charges when making your order.
4.2 If you pay by credit card, your financial information (i.e. the number of your credit/debit card or its expiry date) will be sent to Paypal or to other banks providing remote payment services through a cryptographic protocol. Third parties won’t be able to access this information. The Seller will use this information only to complete the essential procedures related to your purchase or for making a refund in case of return or in case it is necessary to provide info to authorities concerning frauds on www.casaurdas.com. 5. Shipping and Delivery

5.2 All the products are packed in order to protect them during transport. In case your package is visibly damaged, please accept it with reservation and inform the courier about the issue. If the product is damaged, please contact us before the 7th day after delivery and send us an inquiry.
5.3 All the products will be shipped with national and international couriers as soon as possible.
5.4 We are not responsible for delivery times that depend on the courier, but we will do our best to solve any possible issue that may arise.
